- Indefinitely protected personal rights cases include: Name rights for works; the right to stand by the name or pseudonym on the work, pseudonym when the work is published or used; the right to protect the entire work, not to allow others to repair, cut or misrepresent unusual works is the estate and prestige of the author.
- The right to publish works, allowing people to be fair and works of property can be protected as follows:
- Film, Photographic, Applied Fine Arts, Anonymous Works: The term of protection is 75 years from the first publication; including film, photography, and applied art that are not parks for a period of 25 years, since the work is defined, the protection period is 100 years since the work was shaped.
- For anonymous works, information about the author and other types of works remains: The term of protection is the life of the author and the next 50 years of the year the author dies; in case the work is co-authored, the term of protection terminates in the 50th year after the last year of co-author's death.
- The timeline of protection terminates at 24:00 on December 31 of the year of termination of the term of copyright protection.

Validity of copyright registration certificates
Organizations, individuals and certificates of registration do not mean proving the copyright of when there is a dispute, unless there is evidence to the contrary.
Copyright registration certificates are valid throughout the territory of Vietnam.
Granting, granting, rescinding the validity of copyright registration certificates
Cases of cooperation with copyright registration certificates: Certificates of signing of authors of works torn or torn.
Cases of change of copyright registration certificates: It is possible to change the president of the city People's Council or change it through the voice, owner of copyright or work.
Cases of rescind of copyright registration certificates
- Copyright registration certificates are not copyright authors or copyright owners.
